I took your question over to Avsig.The consensus is that it is an early-model DeHavilland DH-104 Dove.
I agree. Most certainly a DH104. If you could see the control wheels that would confirm it. The lack of brake pedals in lieu of the airbrake on the cntrol wheel would be a giveaway.Bob Poole
