Love that shot of the Connie. I emigrated from the Netherlands to Canada in 1957 as a 6-year old via a KLM Super Constellation - with stops in Iceland and Gander before arriving in Montreal - from Amsterdam, some 16 hours later.
Excellent web site, but looks like you've stopped posting. Too bad.
